Dr David Flannery is the Director of Telegenetics and Digital Genetics at Cleveland Clinic, where he leads innovation in virtual genetic services through telemedicine, eConsults, and AI-enabled tools. He works alongside a team of 10 medical geneticists and 25 genetic counselors to shape the future of digital genomics care.

David previously served as Medical Director at the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics and held leadership roles at the Medical College of Georgia. He contributes nationally on advisory boards focused on telehealth, digital medicine, and rare disease policy.
